- We perform a soft and gentle chemical wash on
building exteriors using our specially designed tips. This is
done for following reasons:
- #1 Prevents
siding from "lifting off" or damage (blowing holes, cracking, etc) to
weak siding from high pressure.
- #2 Does
not cause discoloration of siding. Siding is left in a uniform
color when service is finished. Not all streaky and trashy
looking when service is complete.
- #3
Eliminates any potential for damage to siding, gutters, etc., from the
placement of ladders.
- #4
Eliminates the possibility of employees falling from ladders.
#5
Prevents paint from being removed from painted surfaces.

Chemicals - Our chemicals not only kill the green and black molds, but
also cause the dirt, spider webs, bird droppings, etc. to slide right
off. Chemicals will not permanently harm any vegetation.
The above system is designed to
clean vinyl and painted surfaces.

Windows - Windows are
rinsed with clean water after the chemicals are applied. This
also cleans the screens and window ledges.
- Breezeways &
Walks
- 1.) Starting on the top
floor of
the breezeway, walls and floors are shot with chemicals to
loosen/remove spit, soda spills, dirt & grime.

- 2.) We
then "Hurricane" the flooring using concrete floor scrubbers.

- 3.) Then entire breezeway (walls,
floors and ceilings) are then lightly "blown down" to remove all
loosened dirt & debris. At this point, we use high pressure
to clean the steps, railings, etc. We then work our way down from
the top floor to any lower floors and out of the entry of the
breezeway.

Concrete
is cleaned in the following manner:

#1 All horizontal
concrete is chemically treated to kill all mold
and mildew.

#2 Then we run our
"Hurricane Scrubbers" to clean the surface.

- #3 Finally, the surface is blown down using
high pressure to remove all loosened dirt and debris and to leave the
area as clean as possible.

- Problem
Areas on Buildings
Gutters & Stains

- "Tiger
Striping" is caused by oil leaching out of shingles and from oily
pollutants in the air running over the gutters during rain.
- Look
at a white mail box or a white car that has not been washed in a while.
You'll see the black streaking.

- "Tiger
Striping" or staining on gutters cannot be removed during our
service. The only way we are aware of removing the "tiger
striping" is to use a harsh degreaser and brush and physically scrub
the gutters.

- With
our system, all mold & mildew on the gutter will be removed thereby
lightening the overall appearance.
Orange
clay stains, staining from soot & wood resins on chimneys and
stains on gutters or down walls where the gutter butts up against the
wall will not removed. However, they may lighten up somewhat.
